First, the Gmail account you want to log out of must be logged in on your phone. See our guide on how to create a Gmail account easily.
Then head over to your Gmail either on the mobile app or a PC but for this guide, I’ll be using the mobile app. On getting to The Gmail app, click on the hamburger icon at the top left of the screen.
Then scroll down and select the settings option.
This will then display a list of Gmail account present on your phone. Select the account you want to log out from other devices and then select Manage your Google Account.
This will open a page where you can set up various features and settings for your Gmail. Settings like personal info, security info, business features, and other settings.
Now, swipe over to the security tab. There, you will see security settings and one of those settings is the setting for managing all your devices.
Click on Manage devices.
Clicking on this will bring up a list of all the devices your Gmail account is currently logged into.
It gives you the option to sign out from any device, locate the device, and change your password if it has been compromised.
To log out from any device, click on the three(3) dots at the right of the device and select sign out. This will then sign out your Gmail account from that particular device.
Clicking on “Don’t recognise this device?” will give you the option to change your password and log out from all devices immediately except the one you are currently using.
